🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in product design, with 5-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams. • Platform Expertise: Experience leading product design for complex B2B2C SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of both business and customer needs. • Hands-On Design: Proficiency in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver elegant, user-centered designs for complex platforms. • Design System: Experience effectively leveraging design systems as a part of the design process and advancing the system as part of a contribution model • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to bring design solutions to life and ensure they align with both user needs and business objectives. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience leveraging data, analytics, and user feedback to make informed design decisions and iterate on designs. • Responsive web: Experience designing experiences that are responsive across multiple device types and viewport sizes • Experience designing for products with AI and API integrations
