Description

• Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels • Proactively sell SEO services to prospective clients • Build and maintain a client base primarily through phone calls and video conferences • Actively prospect and acquire new clients • Conduct initial SEO assessments and develop tailored advertising strategies with Teams • Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations about SEO services • Conduct sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee their execution • Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets • Prepare regular analyses and reports on sales activities and results • Collaborate with Account Management, Content, Link Building, and SEO Teams as well as their respective Team Leaders • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and competitor activities • Participate in industry events and conferences

Requirements

• C1/C2 level in English as the primary language of communication (both speaking and writing) • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the SEO or digital marketing sector • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets • Practical knowledge of negotiation techniques, sales, and customer service • Deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of SEO services to potential clients • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their pain points, and offer tailored solutions to address their specific challenges • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Proactiveness, results-driven, creativity, and problem-solving approach • Highly self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments and continuously improving sales strategies and techniques • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Excel
