• Craft impactful user experiences and designs supported by user research, data analysis, hypothesis formulation, sketching, and prototyping. • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to deliver value through your design work. • Build and implement a product design strategy that supports the company's product roadmap and objectives. • Mentor colleagues on design principles, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization. • Perform user research and competitive benchmarking, staying current with trends, technologies, and best practices in the climate, scope3, and carbon markets spaces.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar, with experience in prototyping flows. • Proven expertise in designing innovative, user-centered solutions, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices. • A proven track record of conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform and iterate on design decisions. • A flexible and growth-oriented mindset, capable of designing for immediate needs while keeping an eye on long-term user experience goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
