📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Sr. Business Analyst with a solid background in Oracle EBS Payroll functional to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, systems, and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll operations using Oracle EBS. • This role requires a candidate who can work with a time zone overlap of 3-4 hours with PST to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Sr. Business Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle EBS Payroll functional. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Payroll modules and functional capabilities. • Availability for 3-4 hours of overlap with PST to support collaboration with teams in the Pacific Time Zone. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems and provide functional solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues effectively and efficiently.
