• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products • Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data • Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities • Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses • Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed
• An active state Life or Life and Health insurance license • Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience • Must complete the state exam for your life and health license prior to starting your on-the-job training • Preferred: Experience working with POS applications • Previous remote or call center experience • 2+ years of sales experience
