Description
• Build and design high scale and high availability systems • Deploy high quality production code • Provide a great developer experience for customers • Help scale the product while maintaining stability and high availability • Organize the team, plan sprints, delegate tasks and maintain a high team velocity • Solve technical challenges and contribute to the successful completion of tasks
Requirements
• Experience as a tech lead, engineering manager or a similar role • Excellent technical, architectural, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Strong leadership and organizational abilities • Obsessed with shipping and high engineering velocity while maintaining high stability • Clear communicator • Great 'taste' in software and API design • Familiarity with Rust, Postgres, Redis and Terraform. Rust experience is a bonus • Frontend experience is a bonus • Full-time role with applicable timezones: UTC-8 to UTC+3. No students or part-time.
