Requirements

• 5/10+ years of experience in Data Scientist, preferably in fintech/B2B SaaS environments. • Ideally PHD in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Machine Learning. Master degree minimum. • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Expertise in data mining techniques and statistical analysis tools like Python, SQL. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and engage with stakeholders. • A commitment to team spirit, transparency, and trustworthiness is important. • Autonomy, a 'Can-do' spirit, and ability to take initiative and ownership required. • Passion, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly are important. • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
