📋 Description
• Collaborate with the Growth Product team to implement features aimed at increasing user acquisition. • Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize other key growth metrics. • Contribute to the estimation, planning and testing of the priorities to be developed with the team. • Act as a credible technical lead to the team. • Understand the tradeoffs and balance between critical business needs and strong engineering principles. • Make thoughtful decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Ruby On Rails and React (or React Native). • Strong product mindset. • Seasoned Engineer, who drives significant feature implementations from start to finish. • Fluent English. • Experience of working with Data Scientists and Analysts.
