• 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on growth metrics • A standout portfolio that shows off your expertise in creating delightful, eye-catching, and engaging app experiences • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with hands-on experience in user research and testing • End-to-end UX/product design expertise • Strong understanding of A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and CRO • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, etc. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, marketers)
