Description

• Help build an innovative SaaS tool for measuring Carbon and ESG data • Write technical advice and influence decisions that impact teams • Lead design, planning, estimation, testing, and coordination for multi-quarter team projects • Improve team skills through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring • Interview, recruit, and prepare materials for new engineering candidates

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a full stack software developer • Deep knowledge of high level programming language like Ruby & React • Can demonstrate that your work had significant impact on product • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities • Experience as a technical leader of a team • Drive technical decisions for the team • Passion for solving problems, developing the solutions and building products • Enthusiastic, self motivated and autonomous • Values qualitative software and clean code • All-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Team player and aims for velocity • Cares about the mission of creating a better future for all of us
