Requirements
• 5+ years of software and/or data engineering experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly technical environment, preferably delivering mobile applications and/or data solutions and microservices in support of enterprise customers • Self-motivated and able to operate independently without management oversight • Ability and willingness to take ownership of project dependencies • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a nuanced ability to facilitate effective interactions, both internally and externally to the team • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items • Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies in an organized and structured way
