• Swile is seeking a Product Manager to drive our Marketplace Products. • Develop and execute the product strategy. • Focus on increasing revenue, optimizing margins, and accelerating growth. • Identify market opportunities, define product requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Craft effective monetization strategies and expand partner network. • Enhance user engagement and align product initiatives with company goals. • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making. • Deliver measurable business results.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of Product Management experience • Bachelor's Degree on Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields (or relevant professional experience) • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English • Proven track record working on mobile apps • Proven track record working on marketplace products • Experience working on product monetization strategy • 6+ years of Product Management experience • Experience working on globally available products • Experience with SQL queries • Experience working on Metabase, Looker or other data visualization tools
