Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional content strategy and design experience. • A portfolio showcasing both UX Writing and Copywriting in commercial projects, including apps, platforms, forms, landing pages, ads, and emails. The format is up to you – just show us what you've done before! • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level) with the capability to produce high-quality short, long, and UX copy. • Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for a broad, US-based audience. • Proficiency in Figma (Designers, Marketers, PMs and you will be working there). • Skill in presenting and pitching content design enhancements to PMs and Marketers. • Self-motivation, proactiveness, and strong organizational skills for managing daily project activities, as this is a solo content design role. • Proficiency in American English. • Experience in the US insurance industry. • Familiarity with working alongside US stakeholders, and adapting to cultural and time zone differences. • Expertise in crafting compelling content for both UX and marketing, tailored to US audiences.
