• Founded in 2015 by former K-12 educators and administrators, Swing Education assists school districts in sourcing dependable, highly qualified substitute teachers. • Looking for a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager with a focus on revenue enablement. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and revenue teams to develop comprehensive enablement materials and training programs. • Ensure that the value of our product is communicated clearly and consistently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or related experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. EdTech experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. • Proven experience developing high-impact enablement content and programs that have demonstrably improved revenue & effectiveness of go-to-market activities. • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex product information into digestible, actionable insights for sales teams. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly with product, sales, and marketing teams. • Deep understanding of buyer personas, customer pain points, and industry trends with a knack for leveraging this information to create compelling stories. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
