Description

• Ensure compliance with French legal acts and supervisory guidelines • Develop and implement group-wide compliance framework • Communicate with French authorities and support group-level communication • Stay updated on regulatory environment and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university in the EEA, UK or Switzerland. Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory areas in financial institutions, crypto service providers or FinTech companies • Strong knowledge of EU and French financial and crypto regulatory frameworks • Fluent in French and English
