📋 Description
• Handle tasks to support finance team processing accurate financial records. • Process vendor bills, issue payments, manage incoming payments from customers. • Review and process vendor bills, ensure timely payment of invoices. • Generate and send out customer invoices based on sales orders or agreements. • Monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of financial documentation for audits. • Provide support during financial audits and assist with reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in accounting or finance is a plus. • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting. • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with NetSuite is a plus). • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
