• Play a key role in propelling organisations on their data-driven journey • Build foundations across platforms, data, and applications • Solve complex business challenges for customers • Establish inclusive teams and encourage contribution towards success • Join the Sword team in the role of Maximo Application Support Analyst • Provide Maximo application support and configuration • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve user experience • Ensure compliance with IT change management processes and principles • Maintain effective relationships and trust with customers • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute towards continuous improvement

Requirements

• Maximo configuration: Knowledge on Maximo Asset Management system support. • Maximo Application installation & configuration experience • Data feeds and automation scripts • Maximo Integration • Improving User experience • Maximo testing • Reporting • Good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server) • Experience of application licensing services • Good working knowledge of IT change management processes and principles • Strong customer orientated approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level and external vendors • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, taking time to get to know and understand customers, gaining their trust and respect • Ability to multi-task and work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands and respond to fast changing circumstances • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proven documentation skills • Ability to be self-supporting and proactive • An awareness of emerging technologies and demonstrable desire to stay current • Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL environment
