• Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions within the Energy, Public and Finance Sectors. • We are currently offering a new and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. • Effectively manage complex OT projects, drive operational efficiency, and deliver successful outcomes. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Manage the day-to-day activities of project teams. • Ensure project teams stay on task and on schedule. • Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients. • Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management. • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. • Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes. • Threat analysis / threat modelling and vulnerabilities management.

Requirements

• Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and other industrial control systems. • Systems Integration: Proven experience in integrating OT solutions with IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. • Cybersecurity: Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect industrial networks. • Project Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget management. • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of effectively communicating with and managing stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Risk Management: Ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. • Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet or exceed industry standards. • Sector Knowledge: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or transportation, where OT is pivotal to operations.
