• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar. • 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years focused on healthcare and technology-related commercial matters, preferably in an in-house setting or healthcare law firm. • Extensive experience independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of healthcare and technology contracts, including master services agreements, vendor agreements, statements of work, business associate agreements, data sharing agreements, etc. • Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, CMS, and the Fraud and Abuse regulations, with practical experience managing compliance and regulatory requirements when delivering products and services to customers. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
