• Proven experience in product management and digital marketing, with a strong focus on website development and optimization; • Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B and B2C digital strategies at scale; • Extensive experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization; • Strong design sensibility and understanding of UX/UI principles, from the high level hierarchy of the website to the pixel details; • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to query and then translate data into actionable insights; • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders; • A hands-on, "doer" mindset, with the ability to be deeply involved in both strategy and execution.
