Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, and/or growth/ operations roles within a fast-growth tech environment; • Proven leadership in co-developing and executing data-driven growth strategies with cross-functional teams; • A hands-on, "doer" mindset, with the ability to be deeply involved in both strategy and execution; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies; • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives.
