Requirements

• 6+ years of experience driving B2B marketing programs, with a focus on digital customer acquisition • Track record of scaling lead generation channels and exceeding pipeline targets • Deep expertise in marketing analytics and multi-touch attribution modeling • Proven success optimizing conversion rates through data-driven experimentation • Experience managing digital media budgets and vendor relationships • Strong background in marketing automation and lead scoring optimization • Skilled in SEO strategy and content distribution best practices • Sharp analytical mindset balanced with creative problem-solving abilities • Strategic thinker who thrives on testing innovative approaches • Natural collaborator able to partner effectively across Sales and Marketing • Energized by fast-paced environments and rapid growth
