• Manage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of marketing databases and CRM systems. • Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows. • Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, identifying and resolving integration issues. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations. • Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support various marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align marketing activities with business goals. • Train and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practices. • Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related role • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools • Experience with analyzing data and providing insights • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
