Description

• Conduct user research, and user journeys to understand our users and their needs; • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design solutions; • Provide engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines and translate the Sword’s personality, with a focus on testing, performance, and personalization; • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints; • Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions; • Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products; • Focus on improving key growth metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative design solutions; • Design seamless and intuitive flows that guide users through the initial stages of using our products; • Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth, onboarding, or user engagement; • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc); • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, visual design work, user research insights, and final designs; • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-informed design decisions; • Experience in interpreting user data, both qualitative and quantitative, and design solutions focused on goals and metrics; • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Must be proficient and highly skilled in Figma; • Design for accessibility. Design Systems: Understanding of Design Systems and atomic design principles; • Ability to express ideas through wireframing and prototyping.
