Requirements

• +3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth, onboarding, or user engagement; • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc); • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, visual design work, user research insights, and final designs; • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-informed design decisions; • Experience in interpreting user data, both qualitative and quantitative, and design solutions focused on goals and metrics; • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Must be proficient and highly skilled in Figma, Design for accessibility; • Understanding of Design Systems and atomic design principles; • Ability to express ideas through wireframing and prototyping.
