β€’ Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview β€’ While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline; β€’ Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel; β€’ Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of recruiting experience β€’ Experience hiring technical talent, and ideally in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong verbal and written English skills
