📋 Description

• Responsible for managing design projects and leading partnerships with outsourced tooling design companies. • Ensure design quality, maintain timelines, and ensure compliance with standards. • Utilize CAD software for injection tooling design, conduct feasibility analyses, and manage outsourced design partners. • Review, validate, and provide technical direction to outsourced tooling designs. • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams for ongoing improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mold-making or plastics industry. • College or University degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Dassault Systèmes CATIA V5. • Proficiency in business and analytical tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), D365, Teams, etc. • Detail-oriented designer with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
