• Syfe is a digital investment platform empowering wealth growth. • Looking for a hands-on Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions. • Focus on customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and growth analytics. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers. • Conduct user behavior analysis, funnel performance, and develop recommendations. • Design A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor and impact assessment. • Build dashboards and provide insights on customer journeys.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field. • Strong background in B2C digital products, ideally within financial services, fintech, or other data-rich, regulated industries. • Expert in SQL (ability to write complex queries efficiently). • Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, Mixpanel). • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, internal frameworks). • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, causal inference, and experiment design. • Experience with customer segmentation, retention modeling, and funnel optimization. • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence product and business strategy using data. • Familiarity with big data tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and Python or R is a plus.
