Description

• Work closely with internal teams to plan, build relationships and deliver projects. • Work autonomously, own challenges, make decisions with clients' best interest in mind. • Support and supervision from leadership team, sharing ideas internally. • Implement real change within legal teams encompassing people, process and technology. • Learn to improve operations within legal teams for value. • Grow skills and mindset to drive innovation for clients. • Deliver the project in terms of schedule, scope, budget and quality. • Own and develop client relationships. • Lead the project team (10+ resources). • Project and financial planning.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience including; mobilisation, project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management and budget control. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to organise project teams accordingly. • Experience working both in Agile and Waterfall teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives at once to meet deadlines • Good organisational and time-management skills with a flexible approach to work • Tracking project finances and making yourself accountable for profitable delivery • Experience in delivering change within the legal sector • 2 – 5 years of experience of software delivery. • Experience of working with Legal Teams.
