• Work closely with internal teams to plan, build relationships, and deliver projects • Autonomously own challenges and make decisions with clients' best interest in mind • Receive support and supervision from leadership team • Share ideas and innovation internally to remain leading in the industry • Remote or client site work environment • Learn and drive real change in legal teams encompassing people, process, and technology • Develop skills and mindset to drive innovation for clients • Deliver projects in terms of schedule, scope, budget, and quality • Own and develop client relationships • Lead project team • Plan project activities and resources • Complete status reports and communicate project status to key stakeholders • Identify and mitigate deviations, risks, and issues related to project plan

Requirements

• Proven project management experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall teams • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time-management skills • Track project finances and ensure profitable delivery • Experience in delivering change within the legal sector • Preferred: 2-5 years of software delivery experience
