If you want to apply your skills to improve trusted technology that supports over 2000 customers around the world, then let’s talk! • We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our Victim Services Suite team! • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, API plug-ins, workflows, and system integration. This role requires a U.S.-based professional who can pass an FBI background check and has experience working in highly secure and regulated environments. Experience with the Department of Corrections, Victim Services, or other government agencies is a plus.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and enterprise system integration. • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including CRM and ERP modules. • Proficiency in .NET (C#), API development, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Strong hands-on experience with D365 plug-in development, workflows, and customizations. • Expertise in Azure Services, cloud computing, and modern integration patterns. • Familiarity with SQL databases, Dataverse, and data migration strategies. • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance requirements, and risk management. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology initiatives. • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass an FBI background check. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience working with Department of Corrections, Victim Services, Law Enforcement, or other government agencies. • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). • Knowledge of government compliance frameworks (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, etc.). • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. • Familiarity with case management systems, offender tracking, or victim notification platforms.
