Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee quality activities to maintain high standards and proactively prevent quality issues. • Use root cause methodologies to assess failures and develop corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor manufacturing quality activities, providing regular performance updates through dashboards, KPIs, and reports. • Partner with engineering teams to implement corrective actions for failures identified in manufacturing processes. • Travel to supplier sites to evaluate supplier processes, quality management systems, and adherence to industry standards to ensure alignment with company quality expectations. • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality standards and foster open communication regarding quality expectations and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field. • Enthusiasm for working with suppliers, with strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Detail-oriented mindset with a desire to work collaboratively across functions. • Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is considered a plus. • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or operations is preferred.
