• We are looking for a Business Analyst BA who will perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance and regression testing. • They will act as a key interface between the developers and project manager
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 1+yrs- 3 yrs of working experience • Education: B-Tech, BE and MBA with 60% aggregate marks • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello). • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency improvement. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. • A history of leading and supporting successful projects. • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, figma, any of the bug tracking tools like JIRA, • Trello, Mentis and processes like SCRUM & Agile. • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Advanced technical and excellent documentation skills. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong communication skills
