• Lead bank’s Digital Payments compliance program. • Evaluate regulations and perform compliance risk assessments. • Provide regulatory guidance on existing/new products. • Advise on platform development and compliance best practices. • Manage a small compliance team of Payments experts.
• 10+ years of regulatory/consumer compliance experience, with compliance management function experience. • Knowledgeable in prepaid, debit, and credit card regulatory compliance. • Extensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations: BSA, TILA/Reg Z, etc. • Experience developing compliance program elements, including risk assessment and compliance training. • Experience communicating compliance risks with product proposals and advising stakeholders. • Strong understanding of consumer financial services, preferably in financial technology. • Demonstrates sound judgment and comfortable with ambiguity. • Results-driven, self-starter with communication and collaboration skills. • Collaborative team player with creative problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and mentor junior compliance staff.
