• Managing endpoint protection primarily using CrowdStrike • Handling firewall exceptions • Assisting with device management • Incident response • Collaborating with the InfoSec team • Overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CrowdStrike suite • Conducting user training and awareness programs • Staying up-to-date with the latest CrowdStrike features and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Possess a minimum of 5 years of expertise in cybersecurity • Must have extensive experience and understanding of security Office365 environments • Familiarity with various vulnerability management platforms • Strong knowledge of CrowdStrike's capabilities • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar cybersecurity certification highly desirable • Experience supporting large enterprise environments • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
