Description

• Manage, monitor and optimize SaaS environments on staging and production clusters • Prioritize, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in customer environments • Work closely with product development and infrastructure team • Support customers with questions regarding operation and configuration of software • Coordinate changes and improve support function and user experience • Take over on-call shifts for customer support • Responsible for documenting systems and configurations.

Requirements

• Degree or specialized training in computer science or equivalent • Basic IT skills in Linux, networking, and integration of REST API interfaces • Familiar with Kubernetes environments • Experience working with YAML files is desirable • Ability to quickly learn new situations and find pragmatic solutions • Communicate complex contexts to customers clearly • Positive and empathetic attitude toward customers • Fluent German and very good English skills.
