•Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset. •Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. •Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources. •Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing thorough data validation and cleaning. •Design and implement business intelligence solutions that align with organizational goals. •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions. •Apply your understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to provide relevant insights and recommendations. •Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and relevance. •Address and resolve data-related issues and challenges with innovative solutions. •Clearly communicate technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive business outcomes. •Embrace a startup mentality by being adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. •Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow, staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent experience. •3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization. •Proficiency with Apache Superset or similar BI tools. •Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. •Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred. •Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of successfully navigating ambiguous situations. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to business stakeholders effectively. •Experience working in a startup environment or a dynamic, fast-paced setting. •A self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
