📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • SyncEzy is a growing SaaS Integrations Company in the B2B space, with a strong focus on the Construction, Trades and Service Industries. • We are a 100% remote company and the team is located in Australia, India and USA; with customers in over 20 countries. • We are proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and have continued to achieve high growth year after year. • We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can analyse the market for B2B SAAS, look at trends, identify high growth opportunities / products and come up with profitable product opportunities. • You will oversee all of our product’s needs from development to release. • In conjunction with the leadership team, you will focus on idea extraction to identify customer pain points and solving those via software solutions. • You will develop storyboards, mockups, product plans and validate product ideas. • You will gather data, create product roadmaps, and work with developers and marketing to launch new products.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle from inception to launch and growth of the live monetised product. • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Product Manager servicing small to medium businesses. • SAAS tech / startup background with experience in B2B digital products. • Experience leading an Agile team and a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. • Familiarity with Agile tools (such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana). • Experience with Hotjar, Mixpanel or a similar user tracking platforms. • Provide at least a couple of examples of effective products delivered in the past. • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation skills. • Keen commercial sense around business processes, costs, efficiencies and how software can add value. • Bachelor’s degree. • Previous Startup experience. • Initiative. • Self starter. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
