📋 Description
• As the AVP, Software Development Engineer – III for Servicing Apps, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop and support Commercial contact center applications • Oversee multiple Commercial applications, lead agile teams, and drive key initiatives across Servicing Organization • Drive Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) and root cause analysis for high availability and reliability • Identify and implement system improvements and automations through innovation • Collaborate with Synchrony and Supplier technical resources to translate system architecture into software components • Participate in software design reviews and provide recommendations to the development team • Stay updated on emerging technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology • 5 years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Web Services, and Spring • 2+ years in a support role, preferably for a web application • 2+ years in architecting API based web application • 3+ years supporting or developing applications using microservices architecture and cloud technologies • 5 years in agile software development practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Willingness to work flexible shift timings
