• Design, implement, and operate Syndica's blockchain infrastructure platform • Deploy and operate the code • Design and implement a high-performance Solana validator client • Leverage expertise in distributed systems and blockchain technology • Optimize performance and ensure efficient and robust RPC interface • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment • Stay up-to-date with Solana's ecosystem • Write beautiful maintainable code
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in C, C++, or Rust (or Zig project experience) • Experience learning new technologies and shifting direction • Knowledge of web and network protocols and standards • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Systematic problem-solving approach • Working knowledge of SaaS application development and operations • Ability to align with Central Time Zone business hours • Experience with alerting and monitoring tools is a plus • Experience working in a highly distributed company is a plus
