📋 Description
• Configure, map, and validate product content across eCommerce platforms. • Ensure high accuracy and compliance with end-point requirements. • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve mapping and validation issues. • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support through a ticketing system and email.
🎯 Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on API connectors, Data mappings, and transformations. • Strong technical background in integration tools and systems within PIM and Syndication environments. • Proficiency in data transformation, mapping standards, and API management. • Experience with integration platforms and cloud-based solutions. • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, data flows, and system integration best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
