Description

• Drive platform growth through user onboarding and acquisition • Build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities • Execute and track KOL marketing strategy • Stay updated on industry developments and trends • Educate and onboard retail and institutional traders • Identify and target potential clients • Establish partnerships to enhance brand presence • Attend industry events to network and stay updated • Nurture relationships with stakeholders • Conduct market research and analysis • Provide strategic insights and recommendations

Requirements

• University graduate with experience in business development, partnerships, or growth functions • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing • Based in South Korea, preferably in Seoul • Experience with growth/business development • Track record of creating impact on key metrics • Experience in negotiating and managing partnership agreements • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Entrepreneur/ownership mentality • Exceptional networking skills • Willingness to travel • Understanding of DeFi protocols and crypto industry • Prior trading experience • Genuine interest or curiosity in the role and DeFi space
