• The Regional Practice Lead is a senior leader within our consulting services organization. • Responsible for charting the overall vision of our professional services offerings. • Driving consistent execution across our consulting community. • Responsible for all consulting talent within their designated practice.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading global data migration and/or data governance programs. • Large Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading dozens or hundreds of individuals in a given region. • Successful Go-Lives: Track record of multiple successful program go-lives at large global organizations. • Methodological Expertise: Expertise in practice delivery methodologies. • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. • Technical Acumen: Strong technical knowledge with a desire to maintain technical excellence. • Proactive Leadership: Strong bias for action with a proven ability to take independent initiative and make decisions under pressure. • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
