📋 Description
• Take ownership of the administration, optimization, and scaling of virtual servers. • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve cloud infrastructure-related issues. • Oversee all cloud operations service delivery activities. • Identify, propose, and implement strategic improvements in operational processes. • Serve as the escalation point for complex incidents. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Work on a shift schedule based on the need of Cloud Operations delivery team.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in job specific skills. • 4+ years working in ITIL aligned service delivery organizations. • 4+ years of Infrastructure support experience. • 4+ year of experience in Windows and Linux server administration in AWS. • 4+ years of supporting containers, Kubernetes in AWS. • 2+ years of Network support. • 2+ year of experience in a role such as service desk interfacing directly with customers. • Excellent communication skills. • Customer service orientation and strong customer communication skills. • Diverse background in understanding many facets of IT operations. • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, dynamic business and cloud operations environment. • Strong troubleshooting & issue isolation capabilities. • Ability to work on a team and collaborate on issues as needed. • Be fully aligned to the our core values.
