Description
• Work across initiatives that support our Commercial functional area in projects across Europe. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business needs into clear requirements. • Support business function in the prioritization of requirements based on business value. • Communicate cross-functionally between operational and technical teams, acting as a translator. • Manage small scale change where needed and drive the community of Business Analysts with best practices.
Requirements
• Demonstrated Business Analyst experience within a Technology environment, supporting large scale project delivery involving business process and technology change. • Demonstrated experience of Business Analyst tools / techniques to elicit, document and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project (both waterfall and agile). • Experience within the Commercial technology domain (areas such as: Ecommerce, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, and Telephony) and / or a FMCG / wholesale / retail environment.
