📋 Description
• As a Project Manager at Sysintegra, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and delivery of ServiceNow projects. • Provide strong project management leadership. • Lead and mentor project teams in adopting Agile methodologies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams. • Harness your expertise in cloud platform technologies. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for project-related issues. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ServiceNow projects and programs. • Extensive experience with cloud platform technologies, first preference is for ServiceNow. • Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks, with certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. • Extensive experience with cloud platform technologies, including ServiceNow or similar platforms, and a solid understanding of cloud architecture, configuration and integration. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams, drive collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and issues. • Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
