• Build, lead and manage an efficient team of engineers • Work directly with the founders and senior management to define goals for the engineering organization and make sure they are aligned with company objectives • Partner with other departments and stakeholders to define long-term goals, roadmaps, and timelines • Establish and implement best practices for a remote-first engineering team to produce impeccable results • Be actively involved in making decisions around the team's development process • Mentor and guide engineering team leads, infusing new strategies and methodologies • Have end-to-end ownership of product features and guide product-related decisions • Craft a caring and excellent culture throughout the team • Help build us a product that our users genuinely love!
• A minimum of 10+ years of technical experience, with recent experience in a senior leadership role • Extensive experience in building, guiding, and managing engineering teams • Track record of designing and architecting scalable, complex systems • Proficiency in JS / React is preferred but not required • Proven experience managing remote teams is considered a plus
