Description

• Be part of the early team of a San Francisco based company revolutionizing fitness with AI • Deliver remote one-on-one fitness and diet coaching services to thousands • Identify opportunities to use AI to increase user engagement, the quality of coaching, and efficiency of coaches • Work with stakeholders to devise AI-powered solutions • Help build an AI-focused team as a Tech Lead • Help build a product that users genuinely love

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack technical experience • Deep interest, fluency, & preferably experience in latest AI technologies • Have lead teams in a technical capacity in the past • Have architected complex, scalable systems • Experience in JS / React is preferred, but not required • Fluency in English, both spoken and written are mandatory • Proactive and independent, with the ability to set your objectives and orchestrate your performance • Eagerness to develop systems and processes to foster a high-performing remote culture • Enthusiastic about our mission of making fitness universally accessible, with a personal affinity for health & fitness
