• Develop and maintain high quality, efficient gameplay code in UE5 using C++. • Collaborate with the design team to implement, refine, and balance gameplay features. • Architect networked gameplay mechanics, including combat and traversal. • Define and maintain workflows that allow all disciplines to iterate effectively. • Provide technical leadership and help mentor less experienced team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • At least 10 years of experience in gameplay programming and at least two shipped AAA games. • Ability to write, debug, and maintain C++ code. • Experience using 3D math to implement features such as player cameras, physics, movement, and animation. • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical customers.
