• Vorbereitung des Operationssaals: Du bist verantwortlich für die sorgfältige Vorbereitung des Operationssaals vor jedem Eingriff, um sicherzustellen, dass alle erforderlichen Instrumente, Geräte und Verbrauchsmaterialien bereitstehen • Assistenz bei chirurgischen Eingriffen: Während der Operation bist Du an der Seite des Chirurgen und reichst ihm die benötigten Instrumente und Materialien. Du trägst aktiv zur Sicherheit und Effizienz des Eingriffs bei • Sterilisation und Instrumentenaufbereitung: Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Instrumente und Ausrüstungen ordnungsgemäß sterilisiert und aufbereitet werden, um höchste Hygienestandards einzuhalten • Dokumentation und Berichterstattung: Die genaue Dokumentation von Patienteninformationen und die Pflege der Patientenakte gehören zu deinen Aufgaben. Du berichtest über den Verlauf des Eingriffs und hilfst dabei, den Patienten die bestmögliche Nachsorge zu bieten
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Operationstechnischr Assistent /OTA (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation aus der Pflegebranche • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert • Du interessierst dich für die Menschen und ihre jeweilige individuelle Lebensgeschichte • Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Empathie zeichnen Dich aus
